    Default Installing Problems ? Cannot Save

    When trying to install the software on a brand new machine with a brand new hard drive in it, it says Cannot Save Key.

    I don't even get to the part to install it, it just ask's to put in my key, then when i put it in it gives this error.

    Can you tell me what error it gives you? Also is the product key or activation key?
