I have a huge AD (20k+ users, 250k+ goups), and only want open-e to sync with one OU that contains groups and users necessary (150 + 500). Is there somewhere a possibility to have DSS lookup only a specific OU?

Depends on the directory server.... not with windows.
But you can with OpenLDAP, choosing external LDAP in DSSV6
