So if you had a volume group working before then after a reboot it is no longer there, try and check power cables and try to re-seat the controller.
    All the best,

The key you have sent is a TRAIL version key and cant be registered, only product keys that have been purchased can be registered.
We see that you sent to the pre-sales email and we will address your case soon.
    All the best,

Have a look into the ARECA interface. This can be done by booting into the ARECA card at boot (look at the prompt... I think the command is Alt-A), finding the IP address of the on-board controller, then hooking up to the on-board ARECA port and accessing ARECA's web gui.

This should let you know the health of the RAID volume and any subvolumes.

I have enter the Areca Arc-1880ix16's BIOS and cannot find any ERROR or Warning
message in RAID Card's event log. Everything seems OK in the raid card's BIOS.

I have report the screen capture log to pre-sales@open-e.com, and waiting for answer.

    Best Regards!
