no that doesnt help, is there anyway i can install the software and use one of my existing licence keys/serial numbers

If your license keys in use, then you can not do that, but if you have a license key that is not in use and it's license capacity is more or the same as your storage capacity then you can use it ( if the key is less than the storage size then don't use it ).

You may need to reinstall the DSS on your VG LUN, also it is better to check the .ISO image file that you have and test it with the .MD5 sum file which check the ISO image if it works fine or not.
