Does anyone have small update for Open-E DSS V6 for “TCP network test” under CTRL+ALT+T console ?

I really appreciate if anyone can give me an FTP address where I can find it.

We will create a KB for this as well today with the downloadable small updates. Below is the text notes.

RAID Array and NIC speed tests to be used with the DSS V6. Only one small update can be applied, this means that if you
are testing with the RAID Array test and would like to test the NIC's then you will need to remove the small update for the RAID Array test in the same location as you installed it then reboot the server then add the small update for the NIC speed test then reboot again and test

RAID Array speed test:

The upd_0524-DSS_V6.upd must be installed from the GUI in Main. > Software update then reboot then go to the Console Screen then enter CTRL + ALT + T then select Add ons and there you can test the Array Read and Write. Please note that when testing the Unit/Volume for Write tests it must not be formated. Read tests can be performed with formated Unit/Volume. This is done sequential with dd with blocksize of 1M.

NIC speed test:

The upd_0574-DSS_V6.upd must be installed from the GUI in Main. > Software update then reboot then go to the Console Screen then enter CTRL + ALT + T then select Add ons and there you can test TCP Sending and receiving. You must assign one as the Source and the other DSS V6 as Destination.
