It could be a lot of things, so it is hard to be sure what cause this issue, but check that your RAID Controller is fine (check controller health by running an option for that from controller BIOS options), also check the RAM by running MEMTEST (first option when you reboot the system).

Check your logs for the files dmesg.2 and critical_errors.log. if they contain any issue that could lead you why this hang happened.

Check your network devices such as NIC cards, cables, switch, router, etc.

Also check your DOM, try to use Windows O.S. to check the DOM File System health.
