Can't activate my product

Hello,

I just bought an additionnal storage key for Open-E DSS Lite.
The problem is that I have already activated this key on another server but I have changed it (the other server doesn't exist anymore). I want to use the DSS product on the new server but I can't active it (Error Hardware platform and the boot medium has been change).
I didn't know that licences become linked to hardware as soon as we active the product.
Wjat should I do?
