Is it possible to have the VIP with only a single node online?

That was added to the request list, being able to not lose the Virtual IP if the secondary was missing, something we can't do now.


Would like to know where it stands in the list of improvements for future DSS versions.

Yeah.. this seems like low hanging fruit to me. The problem is that it only works UNTIL you reboot the remaining node. HA and the VIP should work just like the LUNS do. Which ever node is online gets to own it and keep it..
