Antivirus scan on incoming files

I've set up a share that is the target of a signiant file transfer. Since these files are coming from outside my trusted zone, I want to initiate a scan of the files once they are done writing. Is it possible to set up a task this way? Currently I only see the option to scan by time interval- the shortest being 10 minutes.

Unfortunately it's not possible to setup the build in antivirus to be triggered when file are being written to the share. It's only possible to scan your files periodically.
In order to achieve what you described another external Antivirus software is needed.
