Default Can't access NAS share from WAN

    Good morning!

Ran across this problem just recently - can't believe we haven't seen it before.....

DSS server NAS shares are accessible from the main branch network segment(10.0.0.0). They are not accessible from another network segment (10.0.1.0). Nothing's set up with firewalls or anti-malware. I can access shares from a Windows box and from a Linux server. I get various messages from "not a valid network share" to "A device attached is not functioning."

Don't recall having this happen, or having to worry about it. However, we're looking to move our user home folders to the NAS, and this could be a roadblock.

Any ideas on what could be blocking this?

    Thanks!

    Gregg
