Ok thanks will open up a ticket as soon as I can for the FC target only update. Not getting emails after trying to register my products.

Yep the volumes are 2000 GB's with a blocksize of 512.

If I reconnect the DSS and ESX boxes to another HP MSA with no disks, they see each other just fine.

OK I got it.

It was the config on the Cisco MDS 9124.

I had to set up FC Zones, ZoneSets, and InlineZones and everything worked.
