Compatibilty with Dell hardware

So lets say i put 12 2TB disk in my machine
Put al those disk in RAID6 (20TB Disk capacity)

I'm able to create a partion of 2GB voor OS and the rest of the 20478GB for storage?

I've never seen this option within an RAID controller. It would be nice if the H700 from dell is able to create this setup.
