It is very difficult to answer your question since we do not not the purpose of your server.
Hardware looks decent, although I imagine you would like to have some redundancy on RAID to keep your data safe in case of disk failure, then 2 disks will not get you desired performance probably, especially to feed those 2x10gbps NICs.
