    Default Problems with trial DSS V6 b5845

    Our customer is planning to purchase Open-E DSS V6 storage, so we have gave him trial 60days DSS V6 b5845 to test it (installed on the server)
    Of course, trial prod key has been obtained, and typed-in as trial prod.key in the first screen (where we are choosing trial, lite, or full version) of newly installed Open-E.
    Everything went normal.

    At the end of December we had to change one faulty HDD and do RAID5 rebuild.
    That also passed normal.

    Today, we have noticed that storage isn't working any more (iSCSI_targets are no longer available)
    On WEB/management , there is again screen where we are choosing trial, lite, or full version ?!
    As far as I know, Open-E DSS is still inside trial period about one more week.
    Strange is that DSS shows in its console that there is 61 days left for trial (although we have only one week left) ??!!
    We have checked and once again type-in trial.prod.key which is valid for this server, but DSS refused it.

    Any advice, please?

    Unfortunately logs from DSS V6 or remote support are necessary to determine what may be going on here, so please open a support ticket via user portal.

    My best guess would be IO errors on DOM if you have any (prepare new one) or filesystem corruption due to failed drive (run file system repair from console when RAID is rebuilt)

    Please start with file system repair and if it doesn't help we will figure it out then.
