    Or should I give every task 150MB (if i got e.g. 4 replication tasks)?

    This of course depends on the size of the pipe between nodes.
    The idea behind the throttle is so you don't overload the connection, and cause issues.
    You want to spread the bandwidth equally(including overhead) among the tasks.
