You shouldn't need to recreate the tasks. And since they are already replicated, it will run at full speed anyway.
The throttle is only for initial replication.

If you do recreate them, u can set it at 600, thats fine.

If I got (e.g.) more replication tasks, is it a problem to set every replication task to 600MB? (for initial replication)
Or should I give every task 150MB (if i got e.g. 4 replication tasks)?

This of course depends on the size of the pipe between nodes.
The idea behind the throttle is so you don't overload the connection, and cause issues.
You want to spread the bandwidth equally(including overhead) among the tasks.
