    On the latest version of DSS V6, download the log package, and inside you will find a LSI_logs.tar.gz, and a raid_info.txt
    This should be all they need.

    How do you run it if you're running 6.0up90.8101.5845 64bit? We were advised to downgrade from 95 due to controller issues and the toolset log doesn't appear in the web interface. Thank you for your assistance!

    The lsi_logs are still in the log package you can download from the webGUI.
