    The best would be if you could open a support ticket and send us your logs so support team can analyse if everything is configured properly.

    ok i'll do that

    but out of interest how do you check what speed the lan port is connected as, as the more i think about this and the more i test, the more it makes sense that its connecting at 100mb, but other devices are connecting at 1Gb and this one does when booting to bartpe

    In logs package in file tests.log you can find an output from ethtool command.

    cant seem to open a ticket as it doesnt list the trial license for support

    when i try a different product, it just says the logs are for a different product, please advise

    I am sure if you open a ticket without logs and describe your situation with test environment support guys will help you out from there.

    Please open support ticket. Each configuration is different and we need to see the logs to find possible bottlenecks
