    Default Unable to get any support or renew support

    Hi there,

    We didn't get any kind of reminder about our 4 DSS licenses support expiring and now if we try to renew it says 'You do not have any Open-E DSS V6 products' when we clearly do? As I'm unable to use support to report this as it says I have to renew, I'm now stuck in an endless loop so this is why I'm posting here. Can anyone please let me know what I'm supposed to do now?

    Thanks Todd, spoken to someone in support and found a bug with the website, but managed to get support purchased through a different route.
