We didn't get any kind of reminder about our 4 DSS licenses support expiring and now if we try to renew it says 'You do not have any Open-E DSS V6 products' when we clearly do? As I'm unable to use support to report this as it says I have to renew, I'm now stuck in an endless loop so this is why I'm posting here. Can anyone please let me know what I'm supposed to do now?
