    Default Unable to activate product online

    We had to re-install our DSSv6 and load our backup configuration. When attempting to activate the product online, I get an error "internal error..".
    I've tried the manual activation process as well but no one responds to the email..
    I can't open a support ticket because apparently, you need to have a current support agreement for even this simple issue..
