Problems with activating DSS V7

I received a storage server with an installed version of DSS V7, but i have to activate it now.
Either the offline way or the online way does not work and i receive "Internal System error" when using the online mode.
The offline mode says that i don't have the right file.

Could someone help me to activate my license or tell me what i am doing wrong and how i could solve this?

And if you choose the offline, please send the HWS (Hardware Stamp file) to the activation email that you can find in the KB.
