Adaptec RAID 71605Q with maxCache 3.0 - not supported ?

With I/O Errors detected I would be concerned. Check controller logs and the DSS logs in the dmesg2 logs to see which sdx device is having issues incase you have more then one array.

I am not able to get to this link. Ask Adaptec to look into there logs from the RAID controller.
