Thread: Appletalk Files unvisible

    Default Appletalk Files unvisible

We have a lot of datafiles creieted with Appletalk.

Yesterday we had a powerdown. After this the files couldn't see with appletalk. The files can only view from windows. Appletalk can only see the disccapacity on the mounted disc, but all files are unvisible. Storing a new file on the mounted At-disc isn't possible too.

Please help us, we can not work, because the files are only working with the mac-applications. To read the files with windows isn't a solution.

    Regards Bernd

Try to re-enable the AppleTalk in the NAS-XSR server again in the menu "setup” > “server” enable AppleTalk. Then do the same in resources menu select a share that you want to be shared with AppleTalk and enable AppleTalk for the share again to see if this is available. Check that Users and Groups have access to this as well then reboot system.
    All the best,

    Todd Maxwell
