Thread: License error

    Default License error

    Due to our credit card expiring our license had expired by accident. I renewed the paymant but when doing the online activation I only get this error:

    Error
    Internal system error...

    Hopefully someone can help.

    I also tried the Per Incident 24/7 Support but after calling for 10 minutes I got no answer.. Also tried the manual activation but had not got the reply email back.

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing the activation issues.
    Internal system error... this can be caused by the connectivity so the system was not able to connect with the activation server.
    Anyway manual activation should work like a harm.
