Hi guys,

I have 2 DSS V6 machines in an Active/Passive Setup I wish to change the main IP I access the DSS on, BUT I really can't afford the downtime of pulling my whole VM environment (80+ VM's) to change this IP. The Nic that has the IP is setup as an AUX connection in failover, it's also the "Primary and Secondary IP's listed in the failover settings"

Is there anyway I can change this IP without having to drop the whole iSCSI network (ie NOT turn off failover).

I wish to change the xxx.xxx.102.90 and xxx.xxx.102.91 IP's on both machines.

Both machines are identical setup.
I have 6 Nic's in each machine
eth0: xxx.xxx.102.90 Management IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth1: 172.20.0.1 <-- direct connection SAN to SAN replication <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth1: 10.10.0.1 <- base IP 10.1.5.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth3: 10.10.1.1 <- base IP 10.1.6.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP
eth4: 10.10.2.1 <- base IP 10.1.7.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth5: 10.10.3.1 <- base IP 10.1.8.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP

eth0: xxx.xxx.102.91 Management IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth1: 172.20.0.2 <-- direct connection SAN to SAN replication <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth1: 10.10.0.2 <- base IP 10.1.5.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth3: 10.10.1.2 <- base IP 10.1.6.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP
eth4: 10.10.2.2 <- base IP 10.1.7.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP <- (AUX Connection in Failover settings)
eth5: 10.10.3.2 <- base IP 10.1.8.100 <-- iSCSI Virtual IP

Cheers
Adam
