DSS V7 with build 7356 has newer HP drivers you are on older release, see if updating to the newer release and check if your firmware is updated on the HP controller. Also you might want to contact HP about this message.

It wasnt the message itself I was worried about but the lack of any messages telling me it had done a surface scan. Dont understand why both sans have stopped suddenly.
