VMware iscsi slow?

Hi, we have vmware esxi connected to open-e iscsi version 6. It's been working welling , however it recently I noticed the virtual machines started to be slow, especially when coping data to their disk. I have taken several vm ware snapshots over various times and created Nfs shares. Once computer is load it works fine, just read and writing to disk appears to be bursty...what should I check? What are recommended settings? Etc.. Thanks uk.

I would look at the dmesg2.log file and any critticle error logs to see if there are any issues and the RAID controller logs as well. You can also send in a support ticket and we can take a look at it. If it was working fine before and then recently not then this could be a tell tell sign.
