    Default Thx for response!

The iso thingie seem litlle scary!
Tried the rescue mode a new dimension but no difference to the problem!

The nic is one internal and two extra card pci-x connected.

The problem is that from C-A-H the hardware is "system aware" but no one of the nic card are available from C-A-N to enter a ip address.
The C-A-N gives only possibillity to change DNS settings and this is no help what so ever.

    Any advice?

What is your current version now? Did you save your resoureces in Maintenance > Miscellaneous? If you did then you can just load them back after reflashing with 1.72.

Cant reallly lose the two virtual machines that are on this config so.

    Any help.

I have another adapter where on the adapter are the config file located is there possibillity to move them by hand in other enviorment?

Have you tried to drop the server down then reseat the RAID controller then restart it again?
You can reflash the module with 1.72 w/CDROM, but you will most likely have to change IP and password back to what you had originally.

Smile Have tried to drop the server down then reseat the RAID controller then restart it ag

    Thx for the suggestion!

    This raid reseating did nothing.

Had a linux condsultant take a long hard look att this problem.
Installed a linux distrib on th machine to check if the problem was with the machine after all. That was not the case the machine ran smooth, quick and trusty...

So tried to backup info on the DOM hda1, and hda2 was a walk in the park but hda3 that was another thingie...

So after messing around trying to get the config on more than one place (DOM adapter) so did we go down the path suggested.

Made a ISO update of the DOM and the config was as declared saved and worked after the upgrade!

Teh hardware in the machine was configurable again so we could get an ip adress on the nic's again.

The upgrade did as was mentioned wipe the ip adress and password.
But we lost the security parts from the config wich chap user have access to wich resource.
This was not a biggie for us there is only four system using this solution today.

Thanks for suggestions and solution (no word from support on this issue)!!

Not sure from last post - are you working now and seeing everything? If so please save all the configurations from the GUI. We have seen your question from our support group.
Let us know if you are able to see everything correctly from the update to 1.72.
    All the best,
