Default Work fine on Windows, problems and incredibly slow on MacOSX

    Hi,

We have 2 Open-E Nas in our network. The 'old one' work fine, no problem.

But our new Open-E Nas work fine only for all our Windows computers, but not for all our Macintosh computers. The transfert (upload/download) on Macintosh are very too slow (at least x100 slower than on Windows). A user of a Mac tell me that this new nas say that there are 0Go free (???) and 909 Go of capacity (theses numbers are totally wrong) but this information is unverified/unconfirmed by myself (just tell it for you because it is perhaps symptomatic).

NB: yes, SMB is checked 'on'.
The particularity for this new Nas is that we use a balance-rr (on 4 ethernets interfaces)

    Please, help !

Yes - please keep to one post. Try without bond for testing. Also go to the Extended tools
then select option to Remove Apple temporary files. Also I need you to update to Version 410 Build 2584.
    All the best,

Without bond, with only 1 eth, it is the same problem.
All the macintosh see 0 space free on the NAS !!!

... and for the update, when I go here...

    Service & Support > Software Updates > NAS-R3 Enterprise

... the site say ==> Note: Update file not found

Note : It is OK for the Macs with Appletalk protocol (so it is not as critical) but now I want to know why that isn't work with SMB ???

We have moved our FTP site to ftp://software:enterforupdate@88.198.24.38 . Did you Remove Apple temporary files? Let's get the update and see if that fixes the issue. Did you email support as well on this case with log files?
    All the best,

    Todd Maxwell
