    Nanni,

Please do not worry. You did not loose the data.
Function "restore to factory defaults" has deleted the shares from the resources in GUI only. The shares are links to the real directories only.
You can restore the shares easy. Please goto GUI, select "resources->shares" , uncheck "Create default path (uncheck to browse)" and click on browse button.
Then please select first directory, so you will see it in the path field. Please enter the share name in the field name and click "create" button.

If you have saved the shares configuration in menu "maintenance->resources misc." so you can restore all shares using "restore resources function".

    Hello

    thanks for fast reply.
For restore factory configuration, I have used the function
in the Extended Tools "Restore Factory Configuration(all)".
The Server has restarted and in Status->Logical volume statistic,
    I have seen usage 0%.
I had 1.2 Tb of files usage 67%.

    Why I lost my file?

    Thank for support

    Nanni,
The function "restore to factory defaults” is 100% non-destructive.
It is NOT possible to loose the data using it.
It must be other reason you can not see your data. In order to investigate it, we need to receive NAS server logs.
Please goto menu “status->hardware->logs->download” save the zip file on your PC and send via e-mail to support@open-e.com.
    Thank you.

    Best Regards
    Janusz
