    Default VMWare SAN Setup

    Does any one know what the under lying Linx version is.

    I am setting up Open-E SSD V7 as a virutal machine on a VMWare ESXi server for testing.

    From WebGUI, choose : status > Hardware, then look in the file "initrd.log" ( also you can find it in the system logs ) , you should find the Linux version there.

    Currently, Linux 2.6.x is used ( linux-2.6.35 ).
