Default Windows iSCSI Initiator does not find any targets

    Hi there,

First let me apologise if this is a dumb question. I am pretty new to configuring iSCSI! On Friday our Windows Server 2008 R2 server lost its connection to our DSS v6 box. No matter what I try, I cannot for the life of me get the Microsoft iSCSI Initiator to discover the iSCSI Target on the DSS. It was originally set up as a Favourite Target, but when this wouldn't connect I decided to remove it and start afresh. Big mistake! Now I can't find the target on the DSS at all.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated as the DSS houses all of our company data and we have no access to it at all.

    Many thanks,

    James

Can you download the log file from the GUI in Status > Hardware > Log and click on the Download button and submit a support ticket so that we can investigate them and see iSCSI volumes? You can go here to submit a ticket if your support has been updated.
