    Default DSS7 only 2 TB

    Hello

    we have DSS7 (upgraded from lite) but the licence shows we are allowed only 2TB, on the website i see its 4TB ?
    dot we need to take some extra steps to unlock the additional 2TB ?

    Can you submit a support ticket so we can check your SN# to see what your license storage capacity is? When you upgrade from the Lite to full version it does not add more capacity.
