cannot activate or registar our Open-E DSS V7

We cannot activate our DSS V7 unlimited O/S.

We tried Online (get internal error)

We tried to email our .hws file to the "activate-key" email address, email returned undeliverable and website does not exist, and I tried to register this product in my user account so that I can upload the .hws file, but the open-e site will not let me do it.
