    They are connected to the motherboards X79 Chipset SATA controller. I have another box setup the same way and it is functioning fine. Slightly different motherboard but same chipset.

    Yep.. That was my intention.. Unfortunately I was working from home and we lost power and internet for 5 hours. I am gathering the data now and will be sending it along shortly.

    We unfortunately continued to have issues with internet last night. This morning after I woke up I had an epiphany. Turns out that the fiber channel cards in the server were recycled out of a vmware vsphere server that had like 200 LUNS exported to it before. They were still being sent to those WWN's so the DSS was picking them up. I removed the WWN from the 3par server exports and voila. Its all working like it should. I had assumed if the qlogic cards were set as targets they would not honor any exports from another SAN. I guess not.

    I kinda figured this was the case, particularly if the WWN are in a public group
    Glad ya got it figured out.
