Hello, we are experiencing one of our dss7 freezes on a random interval. It is reachable by ping, but gui and shares are unreachable. Reading the logs seems to show nothing. I've checked critical_errors and dmesg. What could I check to understand the cause of this freezing? Thanks Giovanni
Are you able to access the Console Screen? Sometimes this mean there is something with the boot media, check with another boot media by installing the DSS on then boot to see if this is the cause.
