I would check the hardware RAID controllers health state and the storage disks. Look at the RAID controllers logs as well to see if there is any rebuilding of a failed drive or if there is a failed drive. If all is ok then make sure the firmware is updated on the controller and be on the latest release of V7 that came out today.
