Email Alerts integration with Office 365

i have been trying to configure dss 7 to use and office 365 smtp server with tls encryption, i know my settings work as our windows 2012 servers are actively sending health reports using the same settings.

is open-e compatible with this mail server?

Please verify gateway and DNS settings so you have proper connection to the internet. From the console try and ping the email server (CNTRL+ALT+T, ping).
