Default DSS 7 up12: OS not bootable anymore

    Hello,

My system went down after a power-failure. The system gave me the suggestion to do a LV file-systemcheck. Afterwards I am not able to boot the DSS-host anymore. Is there anything I can do to recover the system?

    Kind regards,

    Gerjan

    Check for boot media failure.
Or, perhaps just go ahead and replace it.

Most of the USB devices are not a good boot media best to use a SSD drive like the Intel 320 series. If the boot media has failed or died then you will need to either re-install on new media then use the restore point from the GUI in Maint. > Misc.
    All the best,
