Yes you can, before replacing dropping down the system go to Maint. > Misc and take all 4 options and save the settings.cnf file, you will use this to restore on your new motherboard.

Keep in mind that the NICs on the new motherboard will have different MAC Addresses and you will have to manually put the IP Addresses on.
