Thread: Active/Active plus volume replication

    Default Active/Active plus volume replication

    Hi,
I have a working Active/Active setup. I'm wondering if it's also possible to replicate those volumes over the internet to a third server in a remote office. I've looked but haven't seen anything on this specifically.

    Thanks

    To a third node....
This is not possible at this time with block IO iscsi.
This may happen in the future, but I have no time frame.

Thanks for the response. Would another replication connection using fileIO be possible or is all other replication option off the table for now? For instance my current replications are iscsi volumes with block IO, but I also have a NAS store that would be nice to replicate somewhere else.

With the NAS volumes you can replicate to any rsync destination (Data replication is at file level). So if you want to take that data to a third location you can already.
