eth2 -> connected to switch 1 -> 192.168.1.1
eth3 -> connected to switch 2 -> 192.168.2.1
eth4 -> connected to switch 1 -> 192.168.1.10
eth5 -> connected to switch 2 -> 192.168.2.10

This will be the best option as LACP bonding provides no increase in bandwidth for iSCSI traffic.
