Could be the memory on the DOM is full; try re-flashing again with 1.69 ISO image or remove logs then try again. I tested with 1.72 and received recent status updates within a few min. when entering in the check_sys/127.0.0.1.html.

When re-flashing please save your settings in Maintenance > Miscellaneous, also please read the release notes (Open-E_iSCSI_Enterprise_Release_Notes_v_1.72.pdf) for any updates from 1.69 to 1.72 (last update for iSCSI Enterprise) that is available on our website located in Software updates section or our FTP site.
