Error 10 while booting

I am trying dss7 in vmware and i get error 10 while booting. What is wrong??

Now i am getting error 13

Download the system logs; STATUS--Hardware page in the webGUI.
Take a look at kernel-boot.log for information.

How i can download system / kernel logs while the system does not boot??
There is no webgui available.

Change to verbose boot mode then and let us know where it hangs
Press "Tab" button at the screen where you choose 32 or 64 bit mode during booting and modify the line that contains different parameters by changing the splash=silent to splash =verbose.
