Thread: Problem access from MegaRaid storage manager to open-e

    thanks, old version can connected to storage.

    But, we have a new problem with open-e 7.0up16.xxxx.16323 2015-05-29 b16323.2 and cluster proxmox.

    Many nodes writes error message to stdout:

    Jun 11 13:15:16 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298929.070646] connection8:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:15:16 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298929.072846] connection10:0: detected conn error (1011)
    but ping did not show loss packets in this moment.

    we searched in internet this problem and found many problem connected to open-e dds, we are shocked at this moment this problem.

    Can you raise a Support ticket with our team?
    We will need also logs from your system, so please attach them to the ticket.

    We do not have supports open-e, we bought only space license.

    From which place need copy log files?
    In web panel, Event viewer there are no events on storage.

    Logs can be downloaded in the webGUI at STATUS-->Hardware.
    Depending on how old your license key is, you may still have the initial basic support.
    If you can PM me your serial number I will check for you.
