Unhappy Problem access from MegaRaid storage manager to open-e

Hello. We have storage with open-e v7, licensed capacity 32TB.
After long time storage use, we received problem with connection Lsi
    MegaRaid storage manager to storage.
Different version of MegaRaid manager write: Servers could not be found
because server may be down or server not installed in the host system.

    Running version:
    7.0up12.9101.10529 64bit

Us need access to connect LSI conntroller from MegaRaid storage manager
    without reboot storage system.

We try to change storage default ip address, connect with telnet session
(session freeze), connection directly to storage without network commutator.

Possibly need reload LSI service on open-e, but we don't see this
    service in web managment.

Please, help us to fix this problem.

Try to find an older MegaRAID Storage Manager build like 12.10.51.08 as this is what I am using to access the LSI controller. Also if you contact LSI support they can provide an older version, as sometimes if there is an older firmware on the controller with the newer drivers in DSS this could be the issue with newer MegaRAID Storage Manager.
    All the best,

thanks, old version can connected to storage.

But, we have a new problem with open-e 7.0up16.xxxx.16323 2015-05-29 b16323.2 and cluster proxmox.

Many nodes writes error message to stdout:
    Jun 11 13:13:45 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298838.113867] connection6:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:13:45 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298838.116128] connection8:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:13:45 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298838.118400] connection10:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:13:45 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298838.120561] connection12:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:15:16 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298929.068444] connection6:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:15:16 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298929.070646] connection8:0: detected conn error (1011)
    Jun 11 13:15:16 cluster-1-6 kernel: [298929.072846] connection10:0: detected conn error (1011)
but ping did not show loss packets in this moment.

we searched in internet this problem and found many problem connected to open-e dds, we are shocked at this moment this problem.

    How us fix this problem?

that's strange, we reconfigure connection betwen cluster and dss.

    old configuretion:
dss have two 10gb network adapter.
every adapter has network address 192.168.150.1/24 and 192.168.160.1/24
both adapter connected to switch in vlan 300.

every nodes in cluster have one network adapter and two ip address:
    192.168.150.11.../24
    and alias ip address 192.168.160.11.../24

we disconnect one network adapter on dss in gui and after one minutes cluster work fine.

    that's very strange work network.

We do not have supports open-e, we bought only space license.

In web panel, Event viewer there are no events on storage.

Logs can be downloaded in the webGUI at STATUS-->Hardware.
Depending on how old your license key is, you may still have the initial basic support.
If you can PM me your serial number I will check for you.
