Thread: Breaking Active Active Failover

    Question Breaking Active Active Failover

We are having an issue with active active failover and do not really need it for this particular system now. My question is if I just stop replication and leave one volume that is configured for replication without a replication are there any dangers or loss of performance over time without replication being active. Or is there a procedure that will allow me to remove replication from the volume without having to destroy and recreate that volume?

    Thanks,

    Pat

You can either stop and remove the task, or stop and remove the task, and remove the replication from the volume. Neither will affect the data on the volume.
