    Hi,

Does anybody have any pointers they could give. I have tried different ports, further restarts, regenerate keys etc.

    But still I get:

    CLI/API: method not found

    Thanks

Are you saying that you are not seeing this feature in our GUI?

    Hi Todd,

I see my Small updates: in MAINTENANCE and Software update

    ADDED: check_mk Api tool

I see the option to Use CLI/API. I enable with a tick , set port, download key. Transfer key to my Nagios/OMD Install. Change owner to my site and set permissions. su to that site to run the command line...but I get

    CLI/API: method not found.

I have done this before on another pair of servers without a problem so am reasonably familiar with the steps.

    Thanks

Is this with the latest build of DSS V7 Up16? If so any chance you can test with Up12 build 10529? I dont have a Nagios server setup.

    Hi,

Thanks for reply. I worked double shift day before so took day off yesterday.

Yes I can test no problem.

Can I just downgrade. I have active/passive sans running. Should I do both at the same time and restart.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Can I just downgrade or is there another way to boot an older kernel.

    Thanks

You can, but if you have Failover running make sure to move the resources over to the other node then roll back to last version then once back online move the resources back and proceed with the same method to the other node.
    All the best,
