Are you using a LSI controller? Try the API command > get_raidstatus
This returns information about RAID.
Nope, HP SMart Array P420I.
Yes that returns same as hpacucli ctrl all show config detail
*-----------------------------*
hpacucli-start ctrl all show status
*-----------------------------*
Smart Array P420i in Slot 0 (Embedded)
Controller Status: OK
Cache Status: OK
Battery/Capacitor Status: OK
*-----------------------------*
hpacucli-start ctrl all show config detail
*-----------------------------*
Smart Array P420i in Slot 0 (Embedded)
Bus Interface: PCI
Slot: 0
So my command is sound, the key works fine and I have no firewall issues.
So even though the check_mk tool appears as an installed tool is there an issue with it.
Thanks

Hi,
I was running 7.0up16.xxxx.16323 2015-05-29 b16323 but downgraded to try 7.0up12.xxxx.10529 2014-02-21 b10529.
Can you mail me a link for the latest check_mk
Thanks very much
