Thanks - it looks like after discussion, we're going to be installing a new cluster with 48TB SSDs to replace that older cluster, so, we'll just be doing some VMware storage migration.

Since you are doing a full storage migration, you should consider JovainDSS as a solution. HA is available, tiered caching, higher IOps, ZFS, etc:

We already have the 2x DSSv7 Unlimited capacity licenses ready for those boxes But, we'll keep it in mind for the next cluster
