    Default Version 7.0up54.9101.18255 Replication Notification

I have noticed that the email notification about replication tasks are not showing the correct LV if you have more that 10 LV. Below is an example of the replication task for LV0024 that I just started, it is reporting on LV0004 not LV0024, LV0011 will show LV0001 etc..

    2016/01/10 10:51:51 Replication:Volume Replication: Device lv0004: Connection (from StandAlone to SyncSource). Mode local/remote (from Primary/Unknown to Primary/Secondary). DataStatus local/remote (from Consistent/Outdated to Consistent/Inconsistent).

    2016/01/10 10:56:41 Replication:Volume Replication: Device lv0004: Connection (from SyncSource to Connected). DataStatus local/remote (from Consistent/Inconsistent to Consistent/Consistent).

Any chance you can send us the log from the DSS? I want to have our team check this out.

    Hello !
We have the same problem on 7.0up12.9101.10529 64bit,
starting replication for LV0033 generates messages for LV0003.
We can provide logs, should we open a suport case or is there another way to send the logs ?

    Kind regards,
    Ralph

    Hi !

Just opened ticket and attached logs.

    BTW another question:
Is there a maximum number of replication tasks running in active passive iscsi setup,
or what is the recommendation regarding the number of LVs in replication ?

    Kind regards,
    Ralph

We recommend to NOT go over 20, more then that can be excessive on a failover event.
